Initially, I was scared that the distance (Texas to Vancouver) would be an obstacle, but... Each session with him has been a great opportunity not only to help and love myself, but also to learn a great deal about my body.

I love that he is easily accessible when you have questions throughout the week regarding the exercises. I would recommend Kian to anybody that truly wants to embark on a journey to attain better mind-body balance in their lives.

Working with Kian have immensely improved my life and my relationship with my body. A couple months ago, I approached Kian with a goal to improve my posture, balance and ease back into exercise/activity after a major surgery. I can already see the improvement in my posture, balance and strength in such a short amount of time.
He balances being a very compassionate trainer and being a trainer who can see your potential and pushes you to achieve that... My favourite part of working with Kian is breaking down a movement to smaller steps so I can do them corrrectly.
